... the 2011 Chili Cookoff was another great success!

There were 26 competing teams, seven up on last year. Some of the competing teams were:

On behalf of VFW Post 9892, all of us here at Bali Hai thank you for taking part in this years Chili Cookoff and helping make it such a success.

First runner-up was Kahuna Beach Resort.

Winner of Miss Chili Pepper was Jorenna Faith Beria.

First runner-up was Madonna Ortega.

Both girls come from La Union.

Bali Hai will host the next  Annual Chili Cookoff sponsored by the local VFW Post 9892. The cookoff is probably the major resort attraction of the year and will be held again on the last Saturday in November 2012.
